Senior Programs Officer

Rita Beri Suwun

Ms Suwun holds a Maitrise in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé II, and a Diploma in Projects, Planning and Management. She has worked as an intern at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in the department of Women Empowerment and Youth Employment where she served as the gender focal point to the United Nations Gender Thermatic Group (UNGTG).  She has been involved in monitoring and developing numerous projects in the domain of Women Empowerment, Violence against Women and Democracy and has subsequently acquired skills and ample knowledge in project management and the economic empowerment of women. She has also worked at Counterpart International. Throughout 2018 she worked as Communication Officer for Windle International Kenya implementing projects on education for refugees in the Dadaab and Kakuma Refugee Camps. Rita joined CAMYOSFOP in September 2014 as The Research and Policy Development officer, where she conceives and manages projects. Since January 2018, Rita is the Senior Programs Officer of CAMYOSFOP.

Research and Policy Development Officer

Ms. AMAA Francisca TAMAKO

Ms Tamako is a Cameroonian from the North West Region of Cameroon. She is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management.  Amaa is a highly motivated and committed community development practitioner with more than 5 years’ experience in the field of project designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and a team player, who is approachable, knowledgeable, extremely optimistic, determined and very engaging in all aspects.  Francisca has excellent skills in data analysis and in both oral and written English and French. Since January 2018, she is the Research and Policy Development Officer of CAMYOSFOP.

Communications Officer

Ms. LUKONG Brenda Berriliy

Ms Berriliy, a Cameroonian, is a holder of a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and Media committed to aligning her career goals through effective and efficient media reporting. With over four years of work experience as a communications officer, writer, researcher, consultant, editor and a humanitarian has as mission to positively impact human welfare in communities for the achievement of the sustainable development goals. She is currently the Communications Officer of CAMYOSFOP with the responsibility of managing the publication of the Human Rights newsletter, the Voice of Peace Online newsletter and other communication tools for the organization. She has passion for reading, writing, photography, serving humanity and travelling.

Public Relations and Fund Raising Officer

Jean Serge NGUIAMBA Mbile

Mr Nguiamba earns a degree in Law from the University of Yaounde II. He has a long time experience in projects writing, fund raising and the management of human resources and social insurance recovery. He has worked before with National Social Insurance and the Ministry of Finance. He joins CAMYOSFOP as the Public Relations and Fund Raising Officer in 2013.

Research Assistant

Ms. FONBALA Gaelle Dufe

Gaelle is a Cameroonian from the North West Region of Cameroon. She is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) and holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. Gaelle is a strong believer in self-development with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills and an effective management of time and resources. Her career interests revolves around Humanitarian Action, Development studies including issues on Youth and Children, Gender, Governance, Human Rights, Sustainable development, Poverty, Peace and conflict  management. Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and a team player, who is determined and extremely optimistic in all aspects. She is excellent in oral and written English and fair in French. She currently works at the Cameroon Youths and Students Forum for Peace (CAMYOSFOP) as Research Assistant.

Finance Officer

Mr. Bongwong Christian SHOFOLA

Mr SHOFOLA is an accountant by profession. He obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in accountancy from National Polytechnic Bambui in partnership with The University of Buea. He has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and is currently studying his final papers for a professional Diploma in accounting and finance still with ACCA. He has worked as administrative assistant, tutor and course facilitator for ACCA courses at the Yaounde Business School from January 2012 to June 2014 before taking up his current position as Finance Officer for the Cameroon Youths and Students Forum for Peace (CAMYOSFOP) in September 2014.

Projects Assistant

Jennett Jato

Ms Jato is a graduate from the University of Yaounde I, with a BA in Modern Letters and 2018 she undertook a Diploma course on projects management in CETIC Yaounde. In April 2014 she was trained in Addis-Ababa at the African Center for Peace and Security (ACPST) on ‘The Artist as a Peace Builder.’ Since her return she has contributed her knowledge towards training youth to engage their talents in peace building through the DRIMP Foundation in her position as Talent Mobilizer. Ms. Jennet has also served as Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Master Peace International that organizes youth sensitization seminars and peace concerts to promote the role of youths and artist as peace builders. She is presently the Projects Assistant of the organization.
