Staff Retreat: CAMYOSFOP Sets Stage for Growth

Reflection:

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine” Amaa Francsica quotes John. C. Maxwell

From 08th to 10th July, 2021 the Cameroon Youths and Students Forum for Peace (CAMYOSFOP) organized a three day staff retreat in Limbe, Cameroon to reflect and discuss practical steps toward the organization’s sustainability under a theme: “Capitalizing on current organizational strengths for effective delivery, growth and leadership.”

The Executive Director, Ngalim Eugine in his welcome address encouraged all to reflect, relax, and brainstorm on the sustainable growth of the organization. He further emphasized on the importance of the theme of this year’s staff retreat which according to him should be a push factor for the effective implementation of activities.

As part of CAMYOSFOP’s activity, this retreat aimed at evaluating staff performance with regards to achieving set goals and objectives for improved growth. CAMYOSFOP each year organizes a staff retreat where staff members evaluate their performances, reflect and discuss on perspectives for improved staff development.
